The Fall Prevention Coalition, based in Derby, Kansas, is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to preventing falls in older adults and vulnerable populations. Our mission is to provide education, resources, and support to help older adults and their families reduce the risk of falls and stay safe and independent. We believe in empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being, and we are committed to creating a community where older adults can thrive.
