Welcome to the Fall Prevention Coalition

The Fall Prevention Coalition, based in Derby, Kansas, is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to preventing falls in older adults and vulnerable populations. Our mission is to provide education, resources, and support to help older adults live safely and independently. We work with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and individuals to raise awareness and implement evidence-based fall prevention strategies.
